CAW could get nuked more than management with some good IT programs and a few minor procedural adjustments.
1) If we could ever print our own bag tags and place them onto the belt, I would never see a check-in agent other than Triangle.
2) If we could make schedule changes over the web when a cancellation or delay happens, then I would gladly pay a wireless provider $10 to make an instantaneous change rather than stand in line.
In the new world order, the only place I would need to see an agent is at boarding time.
