If you beleive that are providing value above what you are currently being paid i would recomend working elsewhere for someone who agrees with you; if no one else will have you, then you are probably not even worth what you are currently making.....

If you agree to binding arbitration, an arbitrator gets to decide how much you are worth. Sometimes you smile, sometimes it's a shock. And don't forget that CAW members still have a defined benefit pension plan.
Besides, there is also a well-operating labour market in Canada; anyone who doesn't like the arbitration award can look for better compensation elsewhere in the market.
