I just got the card this year, but I'm a fan. I've never had any disputes or anything abnormal that I've had to deal with customer service at BofA, so I can't comment on that.

I use the AS Visa along with the Starwood Amex--loads of restaurants in Seattle don't take Amex. But as BLI-Flyer said, the companion pass is a great deal if you're in an AS city.
