I agree 100% with Fiumicino:
Naples can be tricky but Sorrento and beyond is not very difficult or dangerous.......
Naples was really, really bad some years ago ... they punched my tire when stopping ... ask, if they can help and rob you. Driving one-way-street in the wrong direction. Running red, etc.
Was there last year, now the police is enforcing the law ... had no problems other than finding a parking place.
