I already obtained a lot prior to my stay:
1) Marriott Reward was able to 'force' a reward of 7 nights when the online figure was 4 nights on points, 1 on money and the last 2 on points and only possible in different kind of rooms. ^
2) Chris helped me to 'fix' a 7 night certificate which otherwise could have been soon lost. ^
3) Now my room 'garden view' is an ocean front room. ^
