Best: WDW Dolphin. Got a very bad room with absolutely no view and scaffolding outside our window. Called and was given a very nice room a few days later overlooking Epcot. Smaller, but the view was incredible.

We inquired about it, since we saw the little sign at the desk, and they knew nothing. They couldn't even find anyone who knew anything about it. Everytime we stayed they said they only upgrade Platinums, which I don't know is true or not. But the couple times we stayed there the people weren't very pleasant.
Completely agree about the staff. Very indifferent and absolutely the most ill-knowledged of anyone in the Starwood brand. However, I have received an upgrade to one of their two room suites before. Though, I cancelled that reservations and stayed at the Doubletree instead.

Was this the Music City Nashville or the Sheraton Downtown? I've always received excellent treatment at the Music City Nashville near the Airport, receiving an upgrade to a club level room every time with club access.
