Over 30 days ago I flew AS SEA-SMF. My miles still have not posted. After checking aa.com I saw that I need to fax in my boarding passes and reciept. When looking more closely at my boarding pass I see that the "a" was left off of the end of my name. I am asuming that this is why my miles did not automatically post. So the question is, will AA be smart enough to realize this simple mistake and give me my mile? Do I need to call them first? Or when I fax in my BP should I write something about that in the request? Anyone here had experience with this?
