The only direct trains are Thalys trains.

You would have to look for other routes involving changing somehwere. For example, there are direct trains from Cologne to Mannheim, and direct trains from Mannheim to Paris Est. They're still fast trains, but not Thalys.

I don't have a map handy to check whether Mannheim is a reasonable changing point - ir probably isn't!
