Finally, my two year agreement with Cingular is over, and it's time for a new phone

I currently have a Sony / Ericsson T610, which has everything I need, Bluetooth, Camera, Infrared, synchronizes with Outlook

There is one thing that I don't like about it, the camera sucks

That old footage from Bigfoot has better quality than my pictures.

So, my first requirement, is a good camera, and if it has that video camera functionality, it's fine, but not a requirement

Second requirement, price, don't want to dish out hundreds of dollars do I can have a 100,000 megapixel phone

Third, Carriers: Everything but Sprint (as they have no coverage where I live)

Should have bluetooth, infrared and synch with outlook

Any suggestions?
