* bus nr 73 - Linate to San Babila one way ticket at 1 EUR
* no Custom involved between Rome-Milan and Munich, so you can save other 10 minutes
* the busiest security queue is in the early morning and take anyway less than 30 minutes... thumb rule.
Worst to worst plan 1 hour each way from Linate, 2 for boarding (extra safety), you still have six full hours to navigate Milan.
