Actually, only a handful of flights depart late in the day. What's more, anything requiring a connection in NRT or ICN leaves on the early side. But, the idea of leaving in the morning and arriving at night is fantasy unless fancy parking yourself in a place like HNL just so you can bridge the gap between morning and night.

Flying via Europe could work but tends to be a lot more expensive and entail more time en route (much more for west coast destinations).
