My Nokia phone that works in Germany and Thailand does NOT work in the USA and I have T mobile access in the area,

My USA T mobile Nokia does NOT get a signal in Thailand , I tried last week

These are not quad band phones , I believe quad band phones will work because the 4th band is USA GSM that T mobile uses.
