A one way ticket is only one of the criteria they look for when handing out the dreaded SSSS.
- Tickets paid for in cash
- Tickets paid by credit card where name on credit card does not match travellers name
- Last minute purchases (especially if paid for in cash).
....and probably others. I haven't seen a trend as to what combination of criteria and weighting of criteria will get you the dreaded SSSS but I had a few back in 2002 - 03 and nothing since then <crossing fingers while typing>.
