As someone who flys with UA and SQ consistently throughout the year, long haul and short, I cannot disagree more with the whole robotic thing I keep hearing on this forum. When SQ's FAs want to take care of you (at their best), they go to immeasurable lengths that will blow away UA's FAs. When SQ's FAs are at their worst, they will be cooly cordial. When UA's FAs are at their worst, I get yelled at and threatened by them (for security reasons of course).

I also agree that one cannot compare SQ's SH to UA's LH. And if you want to compare SQ's SH to UA P.S., UA needs to expand P.S. to a few more destinations.
