Trouble with MasterCard points posting?
I am hopeful the experts in the FlyerTalk Amtrak community have some ideas. I have the Amtrak affiliated MasterCard and the points have always posted to my Amtrak Guest Rewards account on the 20th to 22nd of the month. My June points did not post.
I called MBNA, and they politely told me to call Amtrak Guest Rewards, since they did not see any points on my statements (either the June statement for which I am trying to get points or past statements.
But guess what! The friendly person at AGR told me that I needed to check with MBNA.
Has anyone had the same problem? Anyone ever resolve it? Anyone have some contact names at AGR that might help me out?
