A colleague of mine was delayed overnight recently due to a missed connection because of weather. When she arrived back at the airport the next morning, she used the self-service kiosk to check-in and along with her BP, a coupon printed that said something to the effect of "take to the GA and receive an amenity packet". She showed it to the GA and received a Service Interruption Packet. I think it was the one that had the 1000 mile voucher in it. Anyway, the GA didn't take the coupon and she used it again on the next flight. Not sure how many times she's used it so far, but none of the GA's take the coupon and she just keeps showing it. Sometimes it's only the 250 mile coupon, other times it's the 1000 mile one.

Just wondering how many other people have had this coupon print and if the GA's normally collect it or not.
