Let me clarify.. I am flying into ATL from an overseas location. Once the boarding door is closed in, lets say Europe, or once I arrive in ATL, i'll have enough new MQM's to put me over 100K. I want to use the CRC after clearing immigration and before getting my ASA (ugh!) connecting flight..
The question stands.. PM by MQM's alone in the system, or do I need a membership card or saturday night system refresh before i'm REALLy a PM?
Seems like a no brainer in the SGB department - bet you Delta will fail it..
