Ambien is non-formulary for my insurance, so pretty expensive. My doc gave me Temazepam, but it doesn't work particularly well for me.
Last August my upgrades on an H fare didn't clear either way IAD-EZE using miles as a 1P. I had row 16 aisles both ways and it wasn't bad since the flights leave late in the evening and I slept all the way (even without Ambien).
