I'm not sure if this applies to the enrollment bonus, but it seems that Midwest Miles has been "locked out" of points.com swap transactions to/from ANY other program. I have a mere 5,000 miles from a promo (I don't fly Midwest) that I can't transfer ANYWHERE.

Anyone else have this problem?
