Hell, you can eat healthfully at McDonald's if you try. Subway has to be one of the best though. Chicken or turkey breast or roast beef subs, no cheese or mayo, with a ton of veggies, how is that unhealthy? Of course, I think some cheese is good for you (good source of protein, calcium, etc.) but full-fat mayo, well, that's egg yolks and soybean oil. Wendy's also let's you choose from numerous side options, including a small chili or yogurt or mandarin oranges. Pair those with a grilled chicken sandwich and you're doing well.
