Just checked into the Conrad Hong Kong last night and was upgraded to the Executive floor even though I was on an extremely cheapy rate of HK$1700.00. What was impressive was that the room attendant, when she brought the tea pot, also brought a sealed plastic package containing an expensive leather belt and pack of aspirin I had left behind in my room last time I stayed at the property in March! I didn't even realized that I had left the belt behind but needless to say, a very pleasant surprise. Exceptional customer service.
