Train 91
I recently traveled on Train 91 from NYC to Miami and was disturbed to learn that the chef was discontinued. They now have confection ovens and reheat the food. Also the smoking lounges are not in service and are used by the conductors who just sit there all night and do nothing. Why is their not a nice lounge on the train like out west. Most of the help on the train was not friendly and di not like their jobs.
Lastly the train is always late. Why doesn't AMTRAK add a couple of hours on the timetable?
