It is called Verve. Yes, it is nice. Not quite up to the standard of his main restuarant, maybe marginally under Claridges but comparable to his other London restaurants. It has a trendy set-up. It is closed on Saturday nights.
Do book in advance. It is busy but not packed.
Both restaurants at the Burj have a nice setting. The one at the top is pointless for the view at night as it looks out to the sea (pitch black) as opposed to the lights on the mainland. The one with the big fish tank which you get to by "submarine" has good food (not quiet Verve standard) but is pricey (hey - its the Burj after all!)
