IMO, nothing beats stopping at a grocery store to buy fresh fruit (I prefer Fuji apples), carrot/celery sticks, fresh bread, few jugs 'o water, and not to mention a lot of them have freshly cooked 1/2 chickens. That's what I've done over the last few years - you get more food for the dollar, and you know exactly how healthy you'd be eating.
