Renting a car and driving herself is really the best option.

If she can't drive for whatever reason, car service would certainly be more convenient, but probably more expensive (though maybe not too much more if you are comparing to Amtrak via Philly.

If you do use a car service, you're probably better off finding one based in the Cherry Hill area than one based near EWR.
