Are you sure about the YYZ option? I happen to know a few of the reps there, as well as having had to deal with others, and I get the feeling most of them are on tenterhooks regarding these tickets.

They will (reluctantly) sticker tickets to match current PNRs but I would not plan on getting someone at YYZ making material changes to any itinerary without getting clearance from above (way above).
