I spoke to Nicolo about an hour ago concerning this matter. He said that all my segments were showing up in his system but that he would contact CT about the missing segment. About one hour later, I received my complete itinerary from CT via email and I went to CT website and my complete itinerary shows up. I would have to say Im really am happy with how Nicolo has helped me and others throughout this process.
