I have not been thru MEM recently, but I always wonder: what do the two rib restaurants Corkeys and Interstate use to carve up the slabs these days? A plastic knife with a 2 inch blade? Does TSA at MEM allow them to have a real knife? Is it chained to the wrist of an armed security guard to keep it from being stolen by you know whos? Just wondering.
