What should have LH done in your opinion in the first place? Arrange a PrivateJet transfer for berlinflyer from TXL to KLU?
I don't know whether comparing a piece of metal with a human being is a fair comparison - especially since none of us know what the argument in the car forum was about.
At the end everything is a product. And aside information exchange (which is very valuable) most of such forums mostly are about complaints. Following the arguments (and complaints) of some people I do not understand, why people still fly LH or still buy/drive a particular car. I mean, if I am just unhappy about a product, I choose another product from the competition. Done deal.

I am not arguing, that there is nothing to complain about any product (Well, aside the software my company produces... ), but in this particular case the OP was happy, with what he did on a LH trip and how it worked out. Still people started complaining. Those complaints might be fair or not- I don't know and I don't want to rate this. I'm just saying, that it is so typical for a product forum.
