Wondering if anyone has any good tips for conquering jet lag for a story I'm working on. The British Medical Journal said in Feb 2006 that melatonin is not an effective treatment for jet lag. BA has come out with an online advisor that helps you manage your body clock, using differing exposures to light.
Does anyone swear by melatonin, despite the research? Has anyone tried the BA program and, if so, how'd it work? Any other tidbits, please send them along. Feel free to email me at
