Couple of things are wrong with our security:

1. Moron Mineta banned all knives (something I'd expect a gaggle of PTA moms to come up with, not aviation experts) on about September 13, 2001 - that ridiculous action set us up for a truly infantile scheme of Kabuki Theatre rather than true security. The TSA has since relaxed the restrictions on some knives (plastic, metal roundbladed and butter) but still hasn't removed the infantile taint of the mental midget Moron Mineta from the rules.

2. Security is now handled by Sen Daschle's federalized professionals; I'll leave to you any opinion about the professionalism of your knife-thief.

That's what's wrong with aviation security.
