Does the $99 Companion Earn Miles on the BofA and Juniper Certs
Title says most of it...

Does the companion on the certificate also earn miles on the itinerary.
The BofA cert pretty much says yes along with the possibility of upgrade.

The Juniper says nothing on mileage acruel and says the companion isn't eligible for upgrade.... though I don't know how that is policed, if I'm CP and my companion is silver.... ?
