There is no online tracking mechanism for VIP upgrades (the proper name for the systemwide) - those who have them receive an email from AA once per quarter showing their balance but agents should be able to see them in your balances in the system.
I would think they easiest thing to do (if you are a Japan resident) is to email AAdvantage customer service to look into this for you. I'm assuming from your question/profile sidebar that you had an address outside of the US when you reached your 1MM (if not, there aren't 4 systemwides forthcoming but rather normal domestic 500-mile upgrades). I am not sure when you crossed the threshold either, but there is generally a period of time between crossing over and when the letters are actually processed and the new upgrades are available - so if you just crossed, they might not be immediately visible.
