Could someone tell me if the 4 systemwide upgrades received upon 1,000,000 miles are visible in the online balances on aa.com. Supposedly, I've received them but I see no record of them. When I called AA in Tokyo, they said they only saw my usually accrued upgrades ... I hope someone could tell me where the record ought to be located?
