With the added bonus of a few mushrooms in the salad, a soup course and the make your own sundae option--this is the same as the two class LAX/EWR flights. This was a recent June/2006 menu:

LUNCH
Warm mixed nuts
Bread Basket
We offer a selection of Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing or Olive Oil Vinaigrette to accompany your salad.

Beef Tenderloin Salad
Seared Tenderloin marinated in Italian Dressing, garnished with Blue Cheese Crumble and Artichokes served over fresh seasonal greens.

Buffalo Barbecue Chicken Sandwich
A grilled Chicken Breast with Buffalo Barbecue Sauce, topped with Blue Cheese crumbles and served on toasted Flat Bread accompanied by a fresh seasonal green salad

Dessert
Dulce de Leche Ice Cream
topped with a Turtle Brownie and Rapberry sauce

or

Fruit and Cheese
A Selection of seasonal Fruit and Fine Cheeses

The cheese plate was the winner of the meal service. Also, the two flight attendants working the First Class cabin were fantastic. They worked nonstop the entire flight and had smile and laughs for everybody the entire flight.
