There's a common saying, "one oh sxxt wipes out one hundred atta boys."

My experience with NWA is 10% of the time the service is awful, 10% it's fantastic and the other 80% is uneventful. And I agree with EXLEFTSEAT, the awful service is almost always on the international flights (in coach). It seems to me, that NWA's awful is as bad as it can possibly get.
