Actually, I can see how this could happen on a 763, which has a slightly different style of lav (maybe the 777 too, I don't remember).
If I remember correctly at least in FC on a 777 if you are seated on the hole and your a$$ is as big as the hole, flushing will give you a hinnie hickie that will be hard as hell to explain to the MS. when you get home.
Only 4 Million and 130 miles to get to 10 Million.
