As others have pointed out, you will end up working one way or the other on this trip since the agency is using your name to attract paying customers. In other words, it's not going to be a quiet relaxing vacation for you. One more thing to consider is any loss of income you will experience by taking time off to take the trip. I'd certainly factor that into my negotiations with the travel agency.
