I learned today that ER81 E class availability is not the same as E class availability; meaning, just because E class is available and bookable, it doesn't mean that I can use my ER81 certificate.

I just released two BF EWR-LIS-EWR standard reward seats for 8/15-8/23 if anyone is hoping to use miles to get to Portugal this summer.

Has anyone ever had any success in using an ER81 certificate for BF seats?

Any hints?
