Depends on how well she travels. My daughter, now almost 6, was always and still is a good long distance traveler. My son, on the other hand, is a constant challenge. If your 2 yo travels well, then Hawaii works. But if that's not the case, then I'd stay closer to home. However, I do think that a beach-based vacation is great for that age. I do agree that Disney will be too much for an under 2 yo.
