While it may not make the top 10 as far as culinary excellence, how about The Top of the Hub restaurant - 52nd floor of the Prudential Building. I've found the food to be decent, and if you have a nice day the views are outstanding. I think this may be more of a special dining experience rather than a formal restaurant setting. Some info here
