MUC - LHR - LAX - HNL (8577)

HNL - SFO - DEN - IAD - MUC (9056)

In Sept., overnight for EUR 1202 or about $1502.

What is the general rule for cost per miles for MRs?

Also any recommendations for MRs from MUC eastward on Star Alliance. I don't want to use up my days in the USA.
