Since I own a business, I have a different perspective on things. I would be embarrased to have erred and caused a customer to spend additional time and effort to purchase my services and then charge them an additional fee for their trouble.

For sure, I'm no United . I do have "rules", but I try never to let the customer to get lost within them.

Yes, we'll have to agree to disagree on this philosophy of business.
