listen I can quote a few times KLM have dropped me in the .... and I have missed connections that have screwed my whole week of visits up, I would say that any delays or problems I ahve ever had have been dealt with far better than the ones I have had with KLM who never come close on price and even on same routes the taxes on KLM ar usaully more than the full fare on easyjet
