If you are looking at Africa, can I put a suggestion forward for Zambia? Went there in 2003 for 10 days and had a magnificent time. Very friendly people, easy going place with Victoria Falls and some stunning safari options. We spent 4 days in the Lower Zambezi Park driving, canoeing and walking. Fabulous stuff. LUN seems pretty straightforward for redemptions too.
