As far as CHAOS is concerned I am in a situation where I have no alternative. I got to stay with NW. And hope for the best.
I can fly anyone I want, as long as they're the cheapest (which basically means being better at finding low fares than my travel coordinator
) but... I think I'll
choose to stay with NW. I haven't gotten better service from anyone else I've flown (more than a few over the years).
And although July looks like a "no travel" month for me anyway, I'll probably take my chances with CHAOS in August. The carrier I flew before NW managed to give me late flights, missed connections, broken equipment and/or abusive service on almost every segment even
without CHAOS, so I figure CHAOS can't be much worse.
