I checked the websites that jib71 and LapLap recommended to me,
and I called the IACE and HIS in Japan too. However, it looks like there
is no big difference in the prices

I guess it is because its August.

LapLap thanks for telling me about the commas, I get confused with
the commas sometimes

phred, I checked the United MP forum but couldn't find the thread
that you told me about. Can you tell me the title of the thread?

It looks like I will have to go along with the prices I found because
I've been calling many travel agencies in New York and in Japan, and the price just doesn't change. It's because August is peak traveling time in Japan. But thanks for taking the time to read my thread and to give me advice
