When I have had a serious H&S type problem with a carrier and I do not feel that they have dealt with it properly, I just inform the FAA/CAA. As far as DTH on aplane in Europe is concerned, most countries have DTH platforms and considering the fact that we are talking about nternational flights here, it would NOT be a big problem to clear the rights with a certain number of channels/platforms. the airlines are just too lazy and don;t want to spend the money on it.
