I agree that they are governed in terms of what is family friendly. But, I disagree that this is overly restrictive. I've seen plenty of very good PG movies offered on CO that were hollywood successes.
I think this is just being cheap.
Who screened Phat Girlz (laced with cursing by the way) and thought....man this is just perfect!
