Remember the CO "product/price mix is not for everyone". Take your business elsewhere if you don't like the movies (I agree they are horrible). I now fly NW (old planes, "meals at meal time", no bad IFE, but a 100% U/G rate as a CO Plat on over 40 flights this year) and DL (in a pinch to ATL only). I still dump all my miles and EQMs into my CO account. All my paid full-fare business class travel is on VS/AF/KL for Europe and NW for Asia, including a connector through DTW to get to NRT vs. EWR coming up.

However, I don't think CO cares that I'm gone and I don't really miss wedging into my coach seat when I fly them. The rare exception is this week. I am flying BOS-NYC and I booked a 'Y' on CO and U/G right away. If I couldn't have, it would have been a shuttle to LGA.
